Shipping Information

All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please verify that your country permits the importation of knives before making a purchase.

Once your order is placed, we typically ship in-stock items within 1 to 5 business days. All shipments are sent via reliable carriers like DHL or USPS and will be delivered by your local postal service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

For items currently out of stock, we offer a pre-order option. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for shipment. Most international deliveries take between 3 to 5 days, although, in rare cases, they may take up to 10-16 days.

Payment Information

We accept payments through PayPal. Please ensure to complete your payment within 48 hours of placing your order to respect other customers who may be interested in the same item.

Important Notes:
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box as your delivery address, your order will be delayed until we can confirm a valid address.
  • Ensure your contact information, including a valid phone number and email, is accurate to facilitate smooth communication regarding your order.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
  • Orders received after 8:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please contact our customer service team with your Order ID and any relevant images.

Return Conditions:
  • All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in a resaleable condition.
  • Ensure all returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using traceable shipping services for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please do not return items before contacting us, as our return address differs from the shipping address.
